The Fashion Nova site advertised "if you order within the next 15 hrs and choose Rush shipping" that I would have my order by 2/12 . THIS IS THE ONLY REASON that I placed my order as I am leaving for vacation. I get an email conformation saying "estimated delivery 2/12". Today 2/11 I get an email from them we apologize "Fed Ex has changed your delivery date". I AM FURIOUS! They didn't offer to refund my rush shipping fee. Im filing a complaint!

the size are a hit and miss but if you read the type of material then you can see what size to get . the only thing i don't like is for each separate order you make, you have to pay the return fee

This site needs stores around the country. They have nice clothes but the clothes don’t always look the same in person vs. the picture online. A usually wear a M in everything but their medium tops seem small and medium pants big. They want you to pay to ship items back, not worth it. Just need a physical store so I can shop for what I really want.

Terrible experience with them. Customer service is horrible. Shipped a package i told them it was the incorrect address and they had it shipped anyway. I was told to contact the carrier and I did. No response the usps tried no response. After 2 weeks of that. They tell me well we will start a claim now although this can take up to 30 days for it to be complete. Even with that they would need a confirmation of rejection from the carrier in order to give me a refund or reshipment. $400 worth of product. Haven't had any issues with any other order as yet other than a later date the estimated. Just ridiculous to have to wait 4 months in order to get my package. I think I will be talking the B.B.B. unacceptable.

Do not buy from Fashion Nova. Their sizes are inconsistent so you never know if you should size up or down or order your correct size. The quality is inconsistent. They NEVER send your package when they should even when you pay for faster shipping. They sent me a pair of shoes that were 2 different sizes and I had to pay for return shipping and you don't get your money back you get in store credit to roll the dice and start all over again in the hopes you'll receive the correct size. I wouldn't trust any celebrity who vouches for this company.
